Review: Eyeliner War : Styli Style ArtDeco Prestige

So I did a test on 4 different eyeliners. I checked if they really do as they claim. All liners claim they are waterproof and smudgeproof.

4. ArtDeco Waterproof Eyeliner in Brown

Freshly Applied

Waited for 30 seconds for liner to Set.. and then Rubbed HARD.

 

Placed Hand in Running Water

 

  

Rubbed HARD again.

 

As you all can see, after this rough eyeliner test, both prestige and artdeco "waterproof" liners definitely smudged and faded. Though they have a creamier texture than styli style's, lasting power is so-so. The obvious winner is Styli Style 24 Flat Liner.
