So I did a test on 4 different eyeliners. I checked if they really do as they claim. All liners claim they are waterproof and smudgeproof. Image Order L-R:  1. Styli Style 24 Automatic Flat Liner in Brown 2. Styli Style 24 Line and Seal in Brown 3. Prestige Waterproof Eyeliner in Black 4. ArtDeco Waterproof Eyeliner in Brown Freshly Applied Waited for 30 seconds for liner to Set.. and then Rubbed HARD.   Placed Hand in Running Water      Rubbed HARD again.   As you all can see, after this rough eyeliner test, both prestige and artdeco “waterproof” liners definitely smudged and faded.
