Are you registered? Are you not registered with COMELEC?  If you are not registered (just like I am), do check the website if someone else is using your name to vote! A good way to help the country even if we cant vote. If you are registered, its a quick way to find your precinct. http://www.comelec.gov.ph/precinctfinder/precinctfinder.aspx Recently checked mine and success! Nobody is using my name!
