To be honest I didn’t see a whole lot of changes or improvements after 3 weeks doing the oil pulling experiment. The only thing I appreciated was that it helped in keeping my breath smell better compared to using stingy mouthwash. With regards to clearing the sinus, I really didn’t feel any better as I still get nasal allergies. Here’s a silly video on how I tried to explain the oil pulling experiment.
