Last week, we were invited to the special launch of Ipanema at Rustan’s Makati. Ipanema is a brand of sandals made in Brazil that compared to it’s known competitors, they offer a wider variety of styles and not just as “slippers”. I must admit when it comes to slippers I’m quite the cheapo and can wear something you can buy at your local market BUT when I came across my first ipanema pair, I don’t think wearing cheap slippers will be the same again.
