Sunscreen is a must! I can never reiterate enough how important sun protection is. Even if you have dark skin and don’t really burn, you need broad spectrum sun protection every day. Besides sunburns and cancer;  sun rays can cause premature aging and dark spots. Who wants that? It’s recommended you use about 1/4 teaspoon on your face, as well as about 1/4 teaspoon on your neck.
