How Often Do You Brush Your Hair?
Yesterday I saw a lady in public brushing her hair over and over. Even if the wind kept blowing it off to tangles again. Then I asked myself, “How often should I brush my hair?”. Women have a wide variety of hair textures. Smooth, straight, curly, kinky, wavy, oily, dry, normal. A lot of hair products for specific hair types also come out. Well, for myself, I have thin, semi-oily, wavy hair. It doesn’t ask for much except daily detangling after hitting the shower in the morning. Some say it’s good to brush hair all the time to distribute the natural oil. Some say to do it rarely to keep the hair cuticles intact and minimize damage from brushing and friction.

I rarely brush my hair in between, and even go to bed as is. When I need to fix my hair in the middle of the day, I just use my fingers to remove the knots that I rarely encounter.
