REVIEW: Kojic Plankton Soap Thailand
Hi guys! It’s time for another beauty soap review and today we’re featuring the famous Kojic Plankton Soap from Thailand. I’ve been procaffeinating and procastinating on writing. That I have a bunch of photos sorted in an album, gathering dust (metaphorically speaking) in my desktop computer. I needed to start writing and what better way to start off the engine by writing something easy?
What makes it easy? Because there’s nothing much (positive) to say! Why? Continue reading below.

Kojic Plankton Soap Thailand Review
I bought this soap out of curiosity. Without knowing what the benefits are, or even reading reviews from other bloggers. So that there wouldn’t be any bias or placebo when I write my thoughts.
It comes in a tear-off packaging similar to Snail White Whipp Soap. The bar is gorgeous aqua blue with something like a white teardrop in the center. Making it look like a starfish or something you’d find in the sea.
It also smells wonderful, like fresh melons! It lathers fairly well and I find that it does its job as a cleansing bath soap. The description in the shops claim a lot of benefits like the ff:
✔Fulfills moisture to skin immediately after washing.
✔Tightens skin pores and smoothes skin.
✔Improves skin changes caused by oiliness and pollution.
✔Reduces skin dullness and naturally brightens skin.
✔Gentle water formula for all skin types
✔Restores strength deep to skin cell layer.
✔Key ingredients Plankton and Starfish
✔Stimulates the production of collagen and elastin for firmer and more youthful skin.
✔Promotes skin to be more beautiful.
After finishing 2 BARS I never saw any drastic changes with my skin’s elasticity, complexion, or texture. I still had acne issues (during time of use), my skin didn’t improve whatsoever. I feel like I’ve been robbed of 250 pesos because with its effects, it’s the same as using as mundane as a Dove Beauty Bar. Waste of money. The positive things I can commend about this soap was that
- It’s not drying, even after rinsing off it didn’t leave my skin feeling taut compared to really ordinary soap bars
- The product and packaging is eyecandy
- It didn’t irritate or aggravate my skin
I don’t recommend this soap. If you’re looking for an effective Thailand beauty soap, I suggest you try Snail White Whipp soap instead. I’ve also accidentally discovered an amazing glutathione/collagen supplement from Thailand that I’ll be sharing with you in the upcoming posts! So stay tuned and always visit KIKAYSIKAT!
