He believes that beauty should be accessible to everyone (#gandaforall). That quality cosmetics shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg. The question here is, does his lip kits deliver? Or are we just buying the brand for the namesake alone?

VICE COSMETICS PHENOMENAL LIP KIT REVIEW

Packaging – A pencil liner and a liquid lipstick is packaged together in a sweet box. Similar to the popular Color Pop and Kylie Lip Kits. The pencil liner is the kind that needs manual sharpening. So I suggest you find a good one.

Coverage – It needs a couple of layers for the color to really be opaque. Quality-wise there are shades that have better pigmentation than others? (dark shades vs lighter shades)

Texture – Oooh, the texture is love! Once it dries and sets (after a few seconds). It’s very light and comfortable to wear. It’s not rubbery compared to other liquid matte lipsticks.

Scent – A fight between sweet and plastic. It’s like chocolate, but retains that chemical smell. Nothing offensive so it’s okay for me.

Longevity – It needs retouching once you drink water or eat food. You also need to retouch pag madalas kang maglaway kasi nabubura yung gitna.

Transferability – It’s transfer-proof once dry. BUT it is not waterproof so expect flakes and fallout lalo na sa may gitna ng lips near the opening.

Price – At 295php for a liquid lipstick and lip liner. It’s definitely a steal!

PROS – Affordable. Accessible. Comfortable. #GandaforAll
CONS – The lip liner can be brittle. The liquid lipstick easily flakes when in contact with liquid or oil.

Final Thoughts – I don’t mind retouching my lipsticks and fading happens to almost all brands. I recommend this sa mga naghahanap ng affordable lipsticks that can deliver. I gave one to my mom and tita and they absolutely love it. My favorite shades are UNICORN  (muave) and WHOOPS KIRI (peachy nude)
