Chanel Teint Innocence Compact Review

This review is long overdue, I don’t even own this now (sold it off hehe)

It’s a nice foundation, but not for me, still on the search for my holy grail..According to Chanel’s description:

Innovative oil-free compact foundation offers luxurious glide-on application. Provides ideal medium coverage, while still revealing skin’s natural beauty. Delivers greater colour purity for an even, luminous complexion.

I got this when I was on a roll with Chanel Cosmetics since their Rouge Allures and Joues Contraste amazed the heck out of me.
I was also looking for a decent foundation that I can bring with me whenever and easy to apply.
The foundation is packaged nicely in its signature velvet pouch, round, and has a separate cover. It’s a dream to blend and feels
quite cool on the skin. It makes you look luminous and highlight your face in the right places. It has decent coverage if you have
a few spots here and there but not for those with really bad skin.
What I like:
1. Applying it becomes a pleasurable experience as it’s a dream to blend and dries to a semi-matte finish
2. It reflects light beautifully making your skin appear flawless and ethereal
3. It’s refillable.
what I don’t like:
1. It broke me out ๐Ÿ™
2. It slides right off if you get oily
3. The packaging is bulky
I found this to be the culprit of my recurring chin acne. When I stopped using this, (and stopped using foundations) the
acne started healing up and my pores feel less clogged. I guess that’s the effect of using makeup daily. I stood true to my oath
(well half-true) since I stopped using foundations already and stuck with just spot concealing and setting powder.
Will I buy this again:
Since it broke me out, I guess not.
Who will I recommend this to:
This is great for normal skin. If you have oily skin, it has no oil control but will leave your face dewy looking.

I guess, hindi siya hiyang sayo Ms. Kath. Im using San San 2 way cake and okay naman siya. Ang ayaw ko lang ay yung sponge niya na amoy rubber.
