Food: Mary Grace Cafe : Grilled Kesong Puti

I am a breakfast person. So most times, I eat very very heavy breakfasts. May 31, 2011. I ate breakfast 3 times. First was at Dome, next was at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and finally at Mary Grace Cafe. I was trippin.. hehe.. First up! Cafe Mary Grace.

I was always intrigued with their grilled kesong puti, I ordered it together with Sangria Iced Tea. Being a regular kesong puti eater, I was expecting well.. plain ol white carabao cheese with its usual salty tart taste.

It was pleasantly surprising to see my favorite cheese immersed in a blend of herbed butter and garlic, but the liquid did not overpower the cheese. I can still taste kesong puti alright. Being grilled, it turned out a bit chewy, instead of separating at once. Makes me think if it’s blended with some mozarella. Hmm.. I forgot to ask. It’s food you want to take a bit of again, and again, and again, and again, and again! Never filling. Really deilsh.

I’m so glad I have another addition in my go-to list for food. Hehe.. 🙂 Will come back to try their vigan longganisa and kesong puti sandwich.. (LATER!) so excited. I’m such a glutton 😛

How about you? What’s your favorite breakfast? Have you tried eating at Mary Grace?
