MUFE Artist Palette Volume 3

Grabe, I wouldn’t be this masipag (diligent) in posting Make Up For Ever reviews if not for their awesome line-up this 2016. Each product is professional quality, yet they nicely put “tutorials” and “how-tos” for makeup enthusiasts and beginners too! (refer to instruction photos below). I feel so happy to be invited to their very special Make Up For Ever Spring Collection for 2016 launch and this includes their Artist Palette Volume 3 – FLORALS. This costs 2,500php which includes 9 eyeshadows, and 1 eyeshadow that can also be used as blush (multipurpose makeup hooray!). Scroll down all the way to the bottom for my full review and thoughts.

I also reviewed their Pro Sculpt Palette here (Make Up For Ever ProSculpt Palette Review)

Oh and I also took photos of the step-by-step guide for you so feel free to use as your reference!!! 🙂

 NUDE BLOSSOM (my fave look!)

Packaging – I’m always been a fan of cosmetics in cardboard packaging (ex. Happy Skin Feeling Sculptacular). Not only are they economically friendly, compared to plastic I notice that they’re more durable. Cardboards offer more cushion and protection. My rant on NARS compacts, they break the powder more easily grrr.. maybe they did that on purpose so we buy over and over.
Coverage – You definitely need a primer if you want the colors to boldly show-up and give a bright saturated color payoff.
Staying Power – 5 hours without any primer and it started to crease on my… well crease. Hehe.
Shade/Finish – Satin with microshimmers. Quite smooth and buttery to apply.
Texture – It glides like dream and never gave unwanted fallouts despite the satin finish
Scent – fragrance-free
Will I re-purchase? Unlikely. I have so many makeup LOL and love to buy and buy new ones but I’d treasure this palette as this is one of my favorites!
Rating: 4/5

3 – Boringly Bleh. Not good. Not bad. It’s like… nothing…so I’ll just give it away.
4 – Wow. Amazeballs. It’s super effective! I’ll keep this in my stash for sure until  I find something better.
5 – It’s irreplaceable! *ala Beyonce* (disclaimer:unless it gets discontinued boohoo)
