Every year, new toys come onto the market that become the biggest trend for that year. I am sure everyone can remember the toy that every kid wanted when they were a child, and 2022 will be no different. So, new year, new play, let’s see the kid’s toy trends for 2022. 

Activity Toys

With many people and children being at home over the past couple of years, 2022 looks to be the year for outdoor toys such as kids ride on Lamborghini’s and other outdoor activity toys. 

Playing outside will become more important as parents want to let their kids play and experience the world around them.

You may also see a number of interactive music games coming to PC and consoles that use external accessories or mobile phones to sing or dance.

With sustainability and conservation at the forefront of people’s minds, it is thought more emotionally responsible toys will come to the market in 2022. 

Not only will the way toys are made and packaged beconscious of the environment, but the toys themselves will try to teach children to become more responsible about the world and their place in it. 

These toys could include complex dolls, conversation cubes, and gardening games.

Characters from kid’s TV and movies have always been a popular addition to the toy trends. In 2022 you can expect more of the same with Star Wars and Marvel still dominating the toy market. 

Toys from YouTubers are also popular along with computer games such as Fortnite and Lego. These characters will include interactive toys as well as soft toys such as Baby Yoda.
