Review: Koh Gen Do Aqua Foundation

A pleasant Thursday to everyone! I’m so so so so super duper excited to share this sorta “magical” foundation to all of you. To summarize this product, it gives you flawless looking skin, without covering you up. If you’re acne prone, you would still have those marks and blemishes and freckles if you use this foundation alone, but your skin would still look good. Like naturally good. My hubby absolutely loves this on me, because he hates me, wearing makeup that is unnatural. Actually I think guys in general dont like women who are too made up. But guys don’t know that those “natural beauties” put on their share of makeup as well but it’s more of an effort to look effortless.

Although my review to the other foundation of Koh Gen Do, the Moisture Foundation, was not so pleasant. This Aqua Foundation of theirs is amazing! It gives you that skin that japanese women and korean women have in an instant. It’s so good you can wear it alone and it wouldnt look odd. Unlike other foundations that you need to be fully made up. This is your skin at its best. Oh, did I mention it has a lot of skin benefits, non comedogenic and hypoallergenic as well? Perfect. Features of Key Ingredients

First, we take deep-sea water from the Ohotsuku Sea near Rausu, Japan. It dwells 3000 to 5000 meters below the sea’s surface where sun rays cannot reach and normal seawater does not blend in. When the pure sea water freezes, minerals and nutrients are condensed. The mineral-rich composition produces a high water absorption rate and superior moisturizing effects for dry skin.White Birch Sap harvested only three weeks in early spring. Essential Emollient Oil
To retain skin’s moisture provided by the special waters, we have added three natural emollients.
Jojoba Seed Oil – Natural oil extracted from jojoba seeds to soften and protect skin.
Olive Squalane – Natural oil extracted from olive berries to soften skin and retain moisture.
Shea Butter – Natural oil extract from the seeds of the shea tree, softens skin and retains moisture.The combination of water and finely refined oil creates a perfect balance for a smooth foundation application.
RGB Powder
When three primary colors, Red, Green, and Blue powder particles are combined, they create a light curtain to give skin a beautiful translucent effect. Brightens and lightens dull areas with fresh-looking color. The RGB powder strobe effect easily camouflages pores and hard-to-cover imperfections. Magically, this special powder produces a never-before-seen translucency.

Texture is fluid, but not too fluid that it slides off, it’s glides very well
