Okay, I was planning to relax, watch Daredevil on Netflix (I’m already on episode 11, I binge-watched Jessica Jones first lol) after a tiring yet fun day consisting of PTA meetings, working out at the gym, and attending a painting sesh earlier this afternoon at Sip and Gogh for a cosmetic event when my brain won’t stop. The thoughts about what I need to write, what I want to write, how I want to write it and everything else goes beyond the physical. The flesh may be weak, but my will to blog is stronger! Do you ever feel the same? No matter how exhausted you may seem, you still have that yearning to.. well “work”

Today I’ll be sharing with you an impulsive purchase because the devils in my head whispered their way into saying “buy these lipsticks, this will be your last… you need another RED right? Oh.. that bright pink also suits you.. how about another MLBB shade. Perfect you have all 3. Now buy it.. buy it now… good job…” then after a few weeks I realized, I only needed the red lipstick (Rita). Dang!!!
Well I wanted the red because I was searching for a Ruby Woo dupe but with better formulation. Damn that lipstick is as hard as a crayola!
Well, NARS Audacious Lipsticks comes in 40 different shades and this formulation is permanent (yey!). Accordin to Nars, Its luxurious, pigment-rich formula glides on intense, full-coverage color in a single stroke. A specially embossed bullet, dressed in a matte-black metallic case, reveals a strikingly sculptural design. Housed in a modern, matte-black metallic case with a magnetic closure.

Packaging – Love love love the magnetic snap closure. It’s black, matte, sleek and looks expensive (well it is huhuhu)
Coverage – opaque! one swipe and you’re done!
Staying Power – Very long wearing. It can last all day if you don’t eat nd drink. BUT BUT BUT if you do .. it feathers and bleeds to death. All 3 shades. When I was with my boyfriend (who’s a bit OC) he keeps on wiping the sides of my mouth because he told me it looked like I was spitting blood (I was wearing Rita)
Texture – Creamy
Scent – plasticky
Will I re-purchase? If I owned a pig who lays golden eggs, yes why not.
