The Shiseido White Lucent All Day Brightener deserves a detailed review that requires effort, labor, and love from me. Shiseido White Lucent All Day Brightener Review

I’m always on the lookout for a product that will add a youthful radiance to my skin. From powder highlighters to complexion enhancers. I was super ecstatic to get the opportunity to own a tube! Besides claiming to be a brightening product, it also works as a skincare which will brighten and improve skin texture over a period of time. It’s the era of multi-purpose products and Shiseido isn’t the brand to be left out!
Texture wise, it’s in between serum vs cream. They coined a new term for this, an emulsion? If you observe or zoom in the photo you can see super small sparkly stuff which are the light activated particles. It only emits light when exposed to UV rays. I imagine myself as a vampire from the Twighlight series only subtler. HAHAHA.
Seriously speaking though, this product packs a punch when providing the radiance I wanted. It also worked AMAZING as a makeup primer. It seems to make my makeup adhere more and last longer on my skin. It’s too subdued to be used as a highlighter alone, albeit it’s better to use as a makeup base. I use this product on days when my skin needs additional oomph or if I was drunk last night. AHAHAHAHAH. It’s also not oily so for those who are worried on looking like a grease slick, fret not. It gives glow, not oil.
Tan from the beach but I love the glow!

Will I repurchase?

This product is highly repurchase-able. But I’m sure Shiseido will make an innovation again next year! So I’ll prefer using their latest product every time.

Recommendation?

If you’re on the lookout for a good makeup base /skin care product this is for you!
I really love writing about products I’m really digging and without worrying about deadlines.. It feels so liberating!
