SkinWhite Advanced Whitening Face Cream Powder Review

Hello hello how do you do? This is my 2nd review from my Skin Whitening Cream series. The products that I will be reviewing are mostly available from Watson’s or Mercury Drug so you will not have any difficulty purchasing them.
When reviewing products, there would be nice one and there would be some duds. As a blogger, it is our duty to our readers to be completely HONEST and NON-BIAS.

Active Ingredients

Kikaysikat Tip: If you want to know what is the most active ingredient or the most amount of that ingredient in the product, it’s the one listed first.

Looking at their ingredients, it is sort of sad that silicones, aluminum, and silica powder tops their list. Not to mention artificial coloring. These ingredients are the one that provide the product a powdery feel and finish. They do not do anything to whiten skin but maybe to control oil and to mattify.

  • Dimethicone
  • Aluminum Starch
  • Silica
Sources say plum extract is a good product for skin brightening. That is, according to google search.
  • Plum
Niacinamide is the most common ingredient of products for skin whitening. You can check my previous post on how I discussed niacamide and other whitening ingredients
Vitamin E for moisturization and Vitamin C for skin whitening again. But alas, they are at the BOTTOM part meaning it’s amount is SUPER SUPER SUPER small. I highly doubt this will work as you please if you want your skin to be really fair.
  • Niacinamide (Vitamin B)
  • Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E)
  • Sodium Ascorbyl (Vitamin C)

Not sure if everyone likes this color. It looks very unnatural. It looks like pink goop.

Dull, flat, and chalky.

Results

I did not continue using it as it made my face itch. What works for me may not work for you and vice-versa. It will also look unnaturally pink on your skin and not the “blush white” they are claiming. It will make your skin look dull, flat, and you know how some women look chalky because they put too much powder on their face?  I’m still on the fence if I’m going to recommend this cream. I guess not.

BUT to be fair with Skin White, they do have nice soaps like their Skin White Whitening soap.

What whitening creams have you tried and what worked for you?
