Fret not, an easy and effective option is below. I tried it and it works!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Eucryl works by scrubbing of the stains mechanically. It is highly abrasive so be gentle on using this. Hydrogen Peroxide is well known and it IS the substance used in dental clinics for bleaching and whitening. Except they use special lasers and a stronger dose. So a combination of stain removal + bleaching would indeed give you the whiter teeth you desire
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION
- Wet your toothbrush and dip it in the Eucryl Powder
- Tap off excess and brush teeth as normal. Be gentle and do mild strokes.
- Focus on yellower highly stained teeth
- To rinse. Mix 2 parts water and 1 part Hydrogen Peroxide
- Swish around your mouth for 15 minutes
- Rinse off with water
- Smile 😀
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO THIS TO KEEP MY TEETH WHITE
You should do this at least twice a month. If you are a heavy coffee or tea drinker it would be better if you would whiten your teeth using this procedure at least once a week. Nothing beats going to a professional dentist but if you don’t have time or the money to do so, this is a great alternative.

Tinubuan din ako ng maraming pimples after taking PH338, pero after 4 days nawala na. Nainis pa nga ako kasi hindi bihira talaga ako magka-pimples. Pero tinuloy ko lang ang pag-take ng PH.
