*gush* I’ve been following Ellen Adarna on Instagram and I’m sure you’ve been curious what cheek tint she uses because the red flush makes her look so fresh youthful and natural! This has also been buzzing around on social media like facebook and twitter when she guested on KrisTV and finally revealed her beauty secret!

She didn’t mention the brand but looking at the tube far away, I was sure it was EB Advance Lip and Cheek Stain. I hurriedly went to the nearest Mercury Drug and purchased one right away! I tried it on and it was AMAZING. This beats ALL the cheek tints I’ve tried and the super affordable price makes it even more awesome. Read on for my full and detailed review!

PACKAGING
It comes in a clear plastic tube that looks like a toothpaste. There is a lot of product in the package, like double the amount of other cheek tints in the market. It’s labelled as Very Red. Very apt indeed.
The squeeze-tube packaging squeezes of just the right amount you need, and the texture is not too thick or too watery.
Fragrance and Texture
It smells very sweet and has a gel-like texture. It doesn’t smell like fruits nor like flowers. It just smells like clear sugar. Like jelly ace! Exactly! It exactly smells like jelly ace! People who are not fond of sweet scents may be put off by this. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have a flavor 🙁 I tried to taste it because it smelled so yummy but it’s bitter!
A little goes a long long way with this one. I only put in a pea size and it can cover all of my forehand. It has a nice consistency and even with dry skin, it gives you enough time to blend. It applies flawlessly and dries up naturally. It won’t leave you with uneven marks.
HOW TO APPLY CHEEK STAIN
This is me without any makeup on. I have very pale skin, even my lips are pale. Without makeup, I look very sickly. Do you experience the same thing too?
1. Squeeze out a small dot-sized amount on the tips of your fingers
2. Dot all over your cheeks

You’ll love it! I’m so happy with this product I might use this everyday just to add a pop of color to my dull anemic-like skin. I recommend this to everyone! It’s affordable, works like a dream, and its red color perfectly adapts to any skin tone so this would suit morenas, chinitas and mestizas alike! It also lasts up to 8 hours without retouching. If you can’t afford the coveted Benefit Benetint (It is expensive) this is a great alternative. Keep it a secret but I think this kicked Benetint out of the HG-spot in my heart as my favorite cheek tint.

Wow, that cheek tint is very affordable! It's great that it doesn't leave uneven marks because that has always been my impression on using tints instead of the powder version for the blusher.
