Let me summarize this to you folks. Glutathione has been in the Philippines for quite sometime now be it in injectibles, tablets, and capsules. I don’t like injectibles because there’s high risk for unwanted side effects (see: side effect of glutathione injections). I stuck to taking glutathione capsules and tablets. A study was made for Thiocell’s effectivity among Filipinas and it has been published in the Inernational Journal of Dermatology proving sustained whitening result with constant and regular use of the product.

It’s the first time I’ve heard of it so I did a bit of research na for you. Selenium has attracted attention because of its antioxidant properties. Antioxidants protect cells from damage. Evidence that selenium supplements may reduce the odds of prostate cancer has been mixed, but most studies suggest there is no real benefit.
