I’ve been saving my Heroine Make Liquid Liner because the brand has been discontinued in the Philippines. Without knowing why, we are now mourning for the passing of an affordable Japanese makeup brand. I never thought I’d find a replacement, moreso an even cheaper one with Maybelline!

The brush is a flexible felt tip. It’s very managable!  You can make a wide variety of lines from thin to thick depending on how heavy you press the brush.

The liquid product produces a solid true black color. One drawback is that some folks prefer a matte finish. The Maybelline Hyperink Liner dries up glossy.
