How to Apply Tony Moly Eyetone Eyeshadow Using Fingers
Are you the type of person who’s too busy? Do you have a limited amount of time to put on makeup? Are you lazy to use brushes? Even if I have a lot of makeup brushes, my favorite technique to apply eyeshadow is using my fingers! It actually blends the product better and produces lesser harsh lines (in my opinion ha). Today I will show you how I apply eyeshadow using my fingers; using Tony Moly Eyetone Eyeshadow.
Tony Moly Eyetone Eyeshadow in Shimmer and Matte
The product promises to have a fine and creamy texture, strong pigment, and lasting staying power.
Here’s a photo of the products up close. I got the shades S05 (shimmer 05) and M06 (matte 06). The S05 is a deep brown shimmery eyeshadow with a hint of burgundy. The M06 is bordering on beige and taupe. Call me boring but I love using neutral eyeshadow on my lids because it can match any outfit and is flattering for daytime or nighttime. Just add on falsies if you’re going out at night. But maybe next time I’ll start venturing on colorful eyeshadows too.

The eyeshadows are indeed buttery soft in texture but I find that I need to do a couple more swipes to get the intensity of color that I need.
Step 1
Swipe eyeshadow on your fingers. Use a different finger for each color. No repeats or else it will look messy! Treat each fingertip as a different brush.
Step 2
Swipe your fingers on your eyelids to put on the product.

Step 3
Whether you’re using fingers or not, it is very important that you BLEND BLEND BLEND! Use the same finger you used for the color to blend your eyeshadow. I also learned from a makeup workshop I attended to that it’s better to blend downwards than upwards so that you diffuse the product rather than fade it away. After that I will just use eyeliner or mascara or to keep it simple, just curl my lashes.
