I learned of F-Cup cookies a few years back during my search (and still on-going) for an effective breast enhancing supplement. It was really hard to find this in manila before; I was surprised when I was passing by Watson’s and found it on one of their shelves, just hanging out there. *Lightbulb* I have to try this! I must see if it works! I bought 2 boxes, because it comes in 2 flavors. Chocolate and Soy.

Flour, semi-chocolate, margarine, soybean milk powder, nonfat dry milk, shortening*, cocoa powder, dried egg whites, modified starch, soybean hypocotyl powder, collagen,Pueraria Mirifica [50 mg per cook¡e], macca powder, sweeteners (sorbitol), leavening agent, emulsifying agent, magnesium chloride-containg material and artificial color (Caroten).

Upon checking the ingredients of the F-Cup Cookies, their active ingredient is Pueraria Mirifica. What is Pueraria Mirifica? It’s a fruit in Thailand that boosts estrogen, commonly used as a female hormone supplement. Compared to other supplements that I’ve tried, F-Cup Cookies only has a small amount of Pueraria Mirifica, a measly 50mg.

How to Take F-Cup Cookies

It is recommended to take 2 cookies a day together with lots of water. They advised this because the cookies, in order to be more effective needs water to activate. I guess they need the hydration to put in your boobs? Haha… I took this for a month to try..

What does F-Cup Cookies Taste Like?

The soy flavor tastes like vanilla and they’re more firm. The chocolate doesn’t taste like chocolate, just weird. You can’t explain it, like sweet earthy soil? Not like I tasted soil already ha. Hahaha! If you still plan to try this, I suggest getting the Soy Flavor.

Review and Thoughts

After following the directions and using this for 1 month. There was no effect. Nada. Nothing. I felt like I wasted money on this. But no regrets in trying. We all learn from mistakes. So what I did was brought my remaining stash at the office to do photo-ops during breakfast with some of my colleagues. So funny! Hahahahah most of my co-workers are guys (I work as an analyst for an energy company) and they asked me “What’s that?” I told them “Cookies to make your boobs bigger”

They said.. “Pahingi kami” (give us some)

I told them “Sigurado kayo? hahaha)” (are you sure?)
