I can recall the first time I tasted Bingsu at a generic Bingsu Cafe in Taft with my Nuffie Talent Manager Gicel. It costs us 190php for mangoes with shaved ice and cream in huge servings. I looked at it and asked my self, “What’s so special about shaved ice”. After that one bite, the rest is history.
