Ouch! Angular Cheleitis… Mouth Sores.. :(
*sob* I thought it was an ordinary chapping of lips case yesterday, but today was different. I wont post pictures cause it’s gross. The corners of my lips are drying out reaaally bad. According to my research, I have an Angular Cheleitis. According to wikipedia;
Angular cheilitis (also called perlèche[1]:309, cheilosis or angular stomatitis) is an inflammatory lesion at the labial commissure, or corner of the mouth, and often occurs bilaterally. The condition manifests as deep cracks or splits. In severe cases, the splits can bleed when the mouth is opened and shallowulcers or a crust may form.
It can be common to pregnant women who lack in iron, and other vitamins. (I do take my supplements but sometimes I think it isnt enough, I have slight anemia). It hurts so bad… and I relieve it by Virgin Coconut Oil my miracle oil, I’m about to finish the whole bottle that I bought from Botany Works since I use it on almost anywhere! (Tummy; to prevent stretchmarks, and of course the dry corners of my mouth)
Virgin Coconut Oil has anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral properties that can help with my sore, it’s moisturizing too. But I will of course go to the doctor tomorrow to have it checked. But for quick relief, VCO is my miracle worker.

Reduce stress and relax is definitely the best way on how to get rid of a canker sore. If you’re stressed and tired, your body will continue to deplete its energy as well as weaken its defense against diseases. Although canker sore is not a viral infection, your gums will be much healthier and not be weak to such ulcers.
