Pink Sugar Lush Lips (REVIEW, SWATCH, PHOTOS)
Hey there everybody! Today we’ll be reviewing Pink Sugar’s latest lip product. The Pink Sugar Lush Lips Liquid Lipstick (299php). If you don’t know yet, I’m a huge fan of their Sugar Tint Lip & Cheek Tint. Light, airy, buildable, and moisturizing. It’s one of their most popular products to date especially my fave shade, Queen Bee. How does this one fare and compare? Let’s find out below.
Description
Their smooth liquid lipstick provides ultimate comfort while delivering awesome color payoff with its unique long-wearing formula. Available in 6 flattering shades for P299
You can find them at SM Beauty, Watsons, BeautyMNL, and leading department stores
Review Photos & Swatches
Packaging is similar to their Pink Sugar Sugar Tint but it looks like a tad smaller. A sleek plastic tube with shiny black cover. It reveals a soft, small doe-tip applicator.
Product
It applies like paint mixed with thinner. Looks like an oil slick initially but dries and settles down matte. It takes a few minutes for it to completely dry. The colours are highly saturated and even if light hand is used pigments are strong.
With regards to comfort and moisture. I have normal lips, and rarely dries but I noticed I needed to put on a generous layer of balm to moisturize my lips before applying this lipstick. If not, my lips start to feel tight and dry.
It comes in 6 shades that all seem versatile enough to suit all skintones. They look differently good on both myself, and my mom who’s more morena.
Staying Power
It doesn’t bleed so that’s a good thing. Pink Sugar’s Lush Lips lasts fairly well until you eat or drink. A good 3-4 hours at least. Alas it leaves a thin line around your lips when it starts to chip. I used the word chip because it doesn’t fade. It peels off like paint slowly from inside out. Until it leaves that thin line which isn’t very flattering so make sure you take it with you for retouching.

Final Thoughts
Pink Sugar’s Lush Lips comes in flattering hues that perfectly suits filipina women like me. My favorite shade in this collection is Sweet Escape which is a warm terracota with a tiniest bit of pink. It’s quite unique.
Excellent quality for the price of 299php per tube. However, I still prefer the formulation of their Sugar Tint. I feel that the latter is better in the moisturizing factor and shade selection (it is also the pricier among the 2)
What do you guys think? Which shade are you leaning towards to?
