REVIEW: Canmake Cream Cheek Tint (#04) Plum Cherry
I was hesitant to use creams blushers because I was afraid they’ll feel sticky or won’t set well. But cream cheek tints suddenly piqued my interest when I heard Ms. Universe 2018 winner Catriona Gray loves using them (a different brand tho).

Packaging – The case reminds me of a toy/makeup I had when I was in kindergarten. In a clear flimsy plastic case that detaches itself when not handled with care.
Coverage – Super duper sheer. Applied with fingers, it’s barely visible and I had to do 3-5 layers. Using the cute tiny sponge included, you can do with 1 layer and it’s going to show up. In the photo above I did 3 layers.
Color – A cool pink-berry shade that looks great on folks with cool complexion. I have a light-medium olive complexion and it looks alright but nothing that will make me go “WOW”
Texture – Applies better when your face is prepped with moisturizer or primer. It’s smooth and sets after a few minutes.
Scent – Fragrance-free
Longevity – 5 hours when finished with a setting powder. Lasts quite well.
Price – 590 pesos in the Philippines but I heard this is priced roughly around 300 pesos if you buy in Japan.
Thoughts – I love the texture and the sheerness of the product because you can layer and build without messing it up. This is perfect for people who are new to makeup because it’s fool-proof. You can not over apply this product. I TRIED! 10 layers even. It still looked natural.
Will I repurchase? Yep! I’m leaning to try their other lip & cheek products in a brighter pink color, coral, or peach. I think those would look better on me.
