REVIEW: NATURE’S BOUNTY HAIR SKIN NAILS GUMMIES

Biotin, biotin, biotin. It’s a supplement well-known for making hair longer, skin resilient, and nails stronger. I usually opt for skin brightening or anti-aging supplements but the “gummies” caught my eye. Not to mention I’ve been struggling to get my hair longer. Ever since I got that unfortunate haircut a few months ago 🙁

Review

Okay first and foremost let me gush at how DELICIOUS this vitamin taste. It’s reminiscent of Strawberry Tarts or Potchi Gummy if you’re familiar with those. But do take caution. It tastes good for a reason. The number 1 ingredient in its list is SUGAR.

I pop in 2 a day (more if possible but I don’t want to overdose and hey it’s expensive for a candy HAHA). Even my son macho kid likes how it tastes huhu so far there’s no negative reactions for him except his nails started to grow at freakingly fast rate. I had to cut his nails 2x a week because of school hygeine checks versus 2x a month before.

Same with my nails too. As for the hair? FINALLY it’s got up to speed and started to grow faster by a few centimeters. I didn’t see any noticeable difference on my skin tho.

Will I buy again? Yes… mainly because it’s yummy HAHA
