Revlon Not Just Nudes Eyeshadow Palette consists of 10 shades. It has a combination of matte, shimmer, and satin formula. It claims to last all day and provide excellent pigmentation. It comes in 2 sets, Romantic Nudes and Passionate Nudes. Today, I’ll be reviewing Passionate Nudes. Revlon Not Just Nudes Eyeshadow Palette Review
Packaging – The packaging is a slim black plastic compact with a brush inside. It’s handy, but the plastic can be flimsy and if you’re clumsy the eyeshadows can break easily.
Pigmentation – Revlon’s Not Just Nudes Eyeshadow palette has little to no color pay-off at all. You need to use a lot and scrape a lot of product on your brush or finger just for the colors to show up. *refer to swatches above
Staying Power – If you intend to use this palette I suggest that you use a primer. Without a primer, the eyeshadow is little to non-existent. How can it last if it doesn’t even stay put?
Texture – Flaky, loose, and chalky.
Final Thoughts – The product does not live up to expectations. It’s disappointing. I’m sad to give unpleasant reviews like this but truth must be told. Revlon has good products like their Ultra HD Matte Lip Color but their eyeshadows are always a dud. I hope they improve their formulation in the future. I do not recommend this product at all.
