REVIEW
Notable Dishes:
- Kare-Kare
- Garlic Pasta
- Swedish Meatballs
- Sizzling Tofu
Not just the quantity of food. Vanilla Cupcake Bakery serves one of the best tasting dishes in a buffet despite the smaller number of choices. They focus on the quality. Which is the most important aspect of when dining!
I order a different set of meals each time, since I don’t have enough stomach space and they implement a strictly no leftovers policy. Will share you what my plate looked like at the end of this post.

For the salad selection, they have:
- croutons
- gelatin
- corn
- parmesan cheese
- eggs
- tomatoes
- carrots
- cucumber
- lettuce
- 4 different dressings (thousand island, honey vinaigrette, ranch, & honey mustard)
The vegetables are crisp and fresh, however I found the salad dressing too sweet for my tastes. I wished there were a variety from sour to salty, All 4 were loaded with sugar. My favorite tho is their honey vinaigrette for its unique flavor. The combination of olive oil, spices, and honey is perfect for the greens.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE SECTION. The pasta is al dente, the amount of garlic is just right. It can be a bit spicy for some but it’s perfect for me! The swedish meatballs is definitely surprising. This is their new viand as I didn’t see this the last time I went to their place.
Roast chicken is a staple for health conscious folks. Look at all that protein goodness, and it’s eat-all-you-can!
The sizzling tofu is a delight to the tasebuds! It can go head o head with Max’s. I wanted to get more scoops but I noticed the rich mayonnaise (FAT) so I made do with 1 serving only hehehe…

I have high standards when it comes to Bagnet. Especially because my dad is Ilocano. I’ve only tried their once and never came back. The amount of fat is too thick, the skin is tough and hard to chew. I want my bagnet crispy and meaty. This is not it. XXX

While not the best out there, it sure beats the ones served in other eat-all-you-can and buffet restaurants.
It’s got that sweet nutty flavor from peanuts, spice from achuete (gives the orange color) and meat. From twalya, lamang loob, meat, eggplant, okra, and pechay. For 398php I ain’t complaining!

Both drinks are sinfully addicting. They’re not watered down at all! <3

Tastes similar to Hen-Lin’s. Really yummy!

It’s pretty basic, so I suggest you skip this one because carbs can make you full fast.

Crispy and well-seasoned!

I didn’t touch the tacos, it doesn’t look appetizing and not my cup of tea.

Ugh! So good! Meaty and no extenders. The gravy is creamy but without the umay factor.

WAAAAAA again again again. Delicious. It’s just has the right amount of tang, spice, chewy bite, and saltiness. Makes you crave for it until the end of your meal. Eat with caution!

Again, for the health conscious individuals. You can eat as much as you want if you need your protein fix.
Verdict
🙂
