Berocca Review: Does it Really Work? (2024)


Quick review guys! Don’t worry this is #notsponsored hehehe. I”m a sickly lady. I easily get colds and cough especially during the rainy season. Are you also the same? *sigh* Taking vitamin C alone is not enough. That’s why during “flu season” or whenever I don’t feel my best. I take Berocca to help my body recover faster!


I usually buy the orange flavor but for a change I purchased the mixed berries. Which I regret afterwards because it tastes gross. It has the flavor of tempra (or an adult cough syrup). Ewww.. But sayang naman if I don’t take it so I’ll have to suffer for a bit.

I notice I recover faster and get more energy whenever I take this in the morning. Precaution! Don’t take more than 1 tablet because of its high sodium content.
