Effective Emergency Spot Treaments TRIED AND TESTED!
Why I love it: This hydrocolloid dressing intensively extracts impurities while creating a protective barrier that guards external irritants. I use it when I have those cystic pimples with PUS. It protects other areas of my skin while it heals.
Witch Hazel Extract for Acne – Does it Work? The bark, twigs, and leaves of the witch hazel plant are used to extract active properties known as tannins and polyphenols which are added either to water or alcohol to produce distilled witch hazel extract or witch hazel water. It’s the tannins in witch hazel extract that make it a natural astringent, as they help to remove excess oil from the skin. That’s why it’s considered one of the best natural acne treatments out there and is used in all sorts of washes and treatment gels.

Why I love it: It’s a multipurpose cream intended for prickly heat, eczema, dandruff, pimples, ringworm, tinea flava (an-an), athlete’s foot, external hemorrhoids, and insect bites. I haven’t used it for any purpose except for pimples. It’s the cheapest too! Be careful tho as it does leave a dark mark when used too much.
