LOreal Truematch Liquid Foundation (Photos, Review, Swatch)
What? LOreal Truematch Foundation in N3 (Nude Vanilla)
Where to buy? L’Oreal counters in department stores near you
How much does it cost/price? 600 pesos
I was pretty comfortable using my Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer mixed with different bases, oils, and primers depending on the weather and my mood. But bringing 2 different products just to have something to mix it with has become a chore. I recently attended a LOreal #FoundMyTrueMatch Event launching their new improved True Match line and they gave us a bunch of products to take home (yipee!). My favorite? The star of them all which was their foundation and their Magic Blur, now packaged in a convenient tube vs the old jar.

What I Like About L’Oreal TrueMatch Liquid Foundation
- It glides like silk and easy to blend
- It has a luminous finish
- It has lightweight barely there coverage
- Has SPF
- Looks natural
- Has 20 shades to choose from
- It blends really well with my skintone
What Could Be Improved
- The glass bottle can feel flimsy and can be prone to breakage.
- It oxidizes through time causing it to look 2 shades darker after 4 hours of wear
Tips and Tricks
If you have acidic skin like mine, better use a really good primer or purchase a foundation one shade lighter. Oh and don’t overload. Use only 1 layer for perfect coverage. 2 layers or more would make it look cakey and settle into fine lines.
Who Do I Recommend this to and final thoughts
If you’re looking for something lightweight, looks good, and can be used on a daily basis. This is it. I totally love the natural glowy finish that ENHANCES the appearance of your skin instead of completely covering it. If you have a few pimples here and there, feel free to use a separate heavy duty concealer. I’m a fan of looking “natural” and the no-makeup barely there look and this is perfect! It’s so smooth to apply pa.
LOL I forgot to blend on my forehead
