I discovered oil pulling accidenally by reading Gwyneth Paltrow’s “uncoupling”. Haha talk about hollywood gossip!

Step By Step Guide on Oil-Pulling
In the morning, when you wake up and your body has not taken any food yet. Simply put a small amount of oil in your mouth and swish it like you do with mouth wash for 5 minutes or more, around and around until you’re ready to spit. Do not swallow! As swallowing this will make you swallow your toxins as well. The best way to tell that the process is working is by looking at the color and consistency of the oil. If the oil turns into a milky looking substance, the oil is effectively removing the toxins from the body.
After you have completed your oil pulling session, you will then need to rinse your mouth with warm salt water. You can use regular table salt for the rinse. The number of times a week you choose to oil pull is up to you. Many people complete the process once a week; others complete the process several times a week.
KikaySiKat Thoughts
Cold-pressed coconut oil is easy to find here in the Philippines. It’s almost everywhere! I tried ingesting it and it doesn’t actually tastes so bad. It has a nutty flavor and tastes quite nice. I’m sure since it’s all-natural, it won’t cause any harm to our health except if we’re allergic to coconuts (of course silly!). With all the benefits and non of the cons, it’s hard not to try this fad! Will it work? I will let you know!
OMG OMG OMG. I’m so excited I’m off to buy a bottle of extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil already and swish right here right now! I will try this for 7 days and see how it goes! Yours truly as your personal guinea pig!
