• Glutathione – 250mg
• Vitamin C – 40mg
• L-Cystine – 50mg
• Selenium – 55mcg

Packaging

Each box contains 30 dissolvable tablets enclosed individually  in a paper foil package. I like this packaging very much. I can tear off a sheet or two and its perfect for travel or overnights. I don’t have to bring bulky bottles or pill cases.

Dosage

I take 1 tablet before going to bed for health purposes. If you’d like to improve your skin tone you can take 2 tablets. 1 in the morning and 1 before bed time.

Taste

If you’re a 90’s kid, this will taste familiar because it reminds me of Flintstones vitamins. Sweet and tangy. A bit of medicine, citrus, and fruit. Leaning towards the sour side but tolerable.

Effects

See it to believe it. I know most of you are reading this to see the skincare benefit of it all. This is me with absolutely no makeup and no filter. Combined with good skincare, this makes me look like I’m lit from within. My mood is a lot better, less occurences of rapid cycling and depression for my bipolar disorder. Sleep is a lot deeper and I wake up feeling refreshed, compared to not taking this.

I also noticed this works a lot faster than regular tablets. I can observe effects in as little as 1 day healthwise and 1 week skin texture wise. I also notice that my cystic pimples have lessened their occurence.

To those who are in a hurry! Because this gluta works really fast. It’s a bit pricey and one of the more expensive brands but you get what you pay for. This is quality glutathione.
