#KikaySiKatEats Tokyo Bubble Tea at Eastwood <3 (Review) I started to enjoy doing videos of me eating, doing my makeup or just plainly having fun. Nothing serious. I wanted to let you see my personality shine through those videos because sometimes pictures can only say so much. If a picture is worth a thousand words, what more with videos right? If you’ve been hanging around here for a while, it’s no surprise for you to know how much I FREAKING LOVE MILK TEA AND JAPANESE FOOD. After 1 minute of writing this I got distracted setting up my runes in the most addictive game ever, Summoner’s War. LOL. Hold on, let me continue.…

Moonleaf Cafe
I do not know this person. I was taking pictures and he walked right in front. Grr. Oh I was too lazy to take another one :p Their Wintermelon bestseller I ordered the Wintermelon Milk Tea.. They just gave me my order quickly without asking me for sugar level options or add-ons. Oh, I also didnt know you had to specify your add-ons. I thought everything comes with pearls. My bad. I got 100% sugar level default and it was sickeningly sweet. I tasted the roasted caramel taste of the wintermelon alright, but it was soooo sweet after 3 sips I got sore throat. I am not exaggerating. They have a lot…

Food: Make Your Own Milk Green Tea ala Gong Cha (or any other bubble tea shop)
The secret to yummy milk green tea from popular bubble tea shops like Gong Cha, Cha Time, Serenitea, Simple Line and all others is that instead of using the regular japanese matcha. They infuse it with Jasmine making it more fragrant and flavorful. Now if you are not fond of floral tasting teas, this might not be for you, but please do give it a try. As I always say, try everything at least once! As long as it isnt bad 🙂 I was craving for milk green tea one fine and dandy day at the office but there were no shops nearby. Suddenly a light bulb was blinking on top of my head.…

Simple Line Milk Tea Review
Joining the Milk Tea brandwagon is Simple Line Milk Tea. Popular among students near UST for its affordable price but taste comparable to pricier brands. (According to reviews). So here is mine. >Their best seller is their basic milk tea, or the one with the cognac jelly. The description on their signage says their tea comes from Taiwan. They also have flavored teas on their menu. (I cannot take a decent photo because of the crowd) This tea joint is overrated as there is nothing special about their tea apart from the hype. It deserves all the hype it is getting. It gets better everyday and they actually have the best milk green…
