THIS WAS WRITTEN BEFORE I WAS INFORMED OF LIFTING WEIGHTS, PROPER DIET, DISCIPLINE OF STEEL. I REMEMBER NOW HOW DUMB I WAS TO BELIEVE THAT WEIGHT MATTERS. MUSCLE > FAT. IF YOU HAVE MORE MUSCLE YOU WON’T GET FAT.
I gained 7lbs in the last few weeks and Im a whopping 107lbs (last week) because I keep on eating and eating. For example a couple of weeks ago, I ate at yaki-mix, and then at circles, and then pancake house, and all other sorts of fastfood joints like KFC and kept on eating like a deprived kid. The difference between hunger and craving is that when you are hungry, you can eat anything. When youre craving you just need to eat that something. Know the difference, and it will help a lot in planning your meals (like what I want to do today)
I am a yoyo dieter. I gain quick I lose quick, I lost 2lbs this week and I’m down to 105, I want to keep on losing it until Im down to a healthy 100. I’m a petite person, so you might think 107 is thin, but with my height, it’s FAT. What irks me is, the weight just keeps on going to my stomach and hips. My upper body remain freakishly thin that some people (when wearing flattering clothes) mistake me for being thin and ask me why I still go on diets.

It also saves me a lot of cash since I’ve been also drinking milk teas EVERYDAY it’s like an addiction.
Took this today and yes, it did take of the milk tea and fried chicken of my mind, and whenever I get another urge to eat something weird, Ill just make tea instead 🙂
