    Ohkay, this is very timely. Kase I’ve been suffering from high cholesterol count (extra rice and pork pa more!) and was advised to eat healthier food. Lately I’ve been consuming lots of vegetables, less pork and fiber-enriched snacks to help with my constipation too. Tapos idagdag pa na kailangan ko gumalaw-galaw para mabawasan ang taba. Hahaha. ^-^ Thanks again for this post!
